About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Oritain, you’ll be driving the digital engine behind a global business that’s scaling fast.
You’ll take charge of our paid digital strategy, building campaigns that don’t just generate traffic, but real pipeline and revenue. You’ll be part of a collaborative Growth Marketing team that loves data, thrives on experimentation, and isn’t afraid to double down on what works. Best of all, you’ll have access to an advanced tool stack (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, 6Sense, AdWords, Salesforce, and more) and the budget to put your ideas into play, there is no penny-pinching here!
Because this is a global role, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues across New Zealand, the US and Singapore, giving you the chance to make an impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be driving end-to-end campaigns across our core digital channels (paid social, paid search, trade media, and the 6Sense platform), always with a focus on accelerating pipeline and delivering measurable ROI.
You’ll work closely with our commercial teams to ensure digital marketing aligns seamlessly with account-based strategies, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. Together, you’ll refine our target account profiles and build out priority lists that shape the business pipeline.
You’ll also take full ownership of our trade media calendar, managing newsletters, sponsored emails, and thought-leadership placements that raise awareness and build credibility.
Collaboration is key, so you’ll work hand-in-hand with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated, omni-channel campaigns that tie together events, email, and digital touchpoints. And because we care about impact, you’ll adopt a data-driven approach, tracking performance, analysing insights, and iterating fast to keep campaigns sharp and effective.
Skills & Experience
To thrive here, you’ll bring at least four years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with proven expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google AdWords. You’ll be comfortable working with a connected go-to-market stack, and a solid understanding of account-based marketing strategy.
You’ll be the kind of resourceful, proactive problem-solver who enjoys testing new ideas, thinking creatively, and learning quickly from results. Strong copywriting and creative instincts will help you craft campaigns that stand out, while your data-driven mindset ensures insights translate into smart, actionable decisions. With excellent time and project management skills, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where opportunities move quickly. Above all, you’ll be a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver ambitious goals.
