About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, accounts, budgets and process invoices/credit notes
• Review revenue contracts
• Prepare, record and reconcile incoming payments
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable/payable ledger
• Resolve issues and discrepancies
• Send reminders and follow up on overdue payments
• Assist with audits and generate revenue reports
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and process bank deposits
• Reconcile bank statements with company records
• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Maintain accurate records of all banking activities
• Other analytical work as required to assist the Management Accountants

Skills & Experience

• Previous exposure to a multi-entity finance environment is highly desirable
• 2 + years working in a finance or accounts role
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and still keep on track to meet deadlines
• Sharp with numbers and details, tech savvy and super organised
• A natural problem solver, and always looking for smarter ways to do things
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a busy role, and takes pride in being reliable and efficient
