About the Role
The APAC Marketing Manager at Oritain leads our marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with diverse markets, drives brand awareness and supports Sales success.
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Digital Marketing, this role will be pivotal in supporting growth across APAC, in particular China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia & Australia.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across the APAC region, ensuring they align with Oritain’s global marketing program while reflecting local market needs. You’ll use market research and regional insights to understand customer behaviour, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, helping shape marketing initiatives and inform wider business strategy.
Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll support sales enablement by localising messaging and materials so they resonate with regional audiences and drive engagement. You’ll manage and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, events, PR, and partnerships to maximise reach and impact.
Collaboration will be key, as you work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned and effectively delivered. You’ll also build relationships with customers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to strengthen Oritain’s presence across the region.
Alongside campaign delivery, you’ll monitor performance and use data and insights to evaluate success, refine strategies, and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable results.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional with at least five years’ experience and a strong track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies across the APAC region. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree considered a bonus.
You’ll bring strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and teams. Proficiency in English and at least one additional APAC language, such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Vietnamese, is important to help ensure messaging resonates with regional audiences. A good understanding of regionally relevant platforms and channels, including search engines and social media such as Baidu, WeChat, and Naver, will also be valuable.
A passion for sustainability and an interest in promoting transparent supply chains is key to succeeding in this role. Experience in areas such as traceability, supply chains, or sustainability would be advantageous, but is not essential.
